Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Prompt Generator Website is an online service for generating technical specifications (prompts) for AI-assisted website creation.

2. Registration

An account is optional. Without one, specs are kept in the visitor's browser; creating an account, signing in or paying attaches them to the account. Users must provide accurate information and may only have one account.

3. Plans and pricing

Free: 2 specifications and 3 AI drafts in total, per account or per visitor.

7-day Pass: $5.00 one-time payment, unlimited specifications and 30 AI drafts for 7 days from payment. It does not renew; a second Pass adds 7 days to the first.

Pro: $9.00/month or $90.00/year, unlimited specifications and 100 AI drafts per rolling 30 days. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Plans purchased before September 2026 (Pro at $19/month, Lifetime) keep their terms.

AI drafts are produced by a third-party model (Anthropic Claude) from the description the user submits; the user reviews them before any specification is generated.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@prompt-generator-website.com for any refund requests.

5. Prompt ownership

Prompts generated by the user belong entirely to them. Prompt Generator Website claims no rights over generated content.

6. Liability

Prompt Generator Website generates technical specifications. The user is responsible for verifying and adapting any code generated by third-party AI tools from these specifications. Prompt Generator Website does not guarantee that code generated by third-party tools will be functional or bug-free.

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD.
