1. Data collected

• Email and first name (registration, or the email given at checkout)
• Questionnaire answers and project descriptions (spec generation, AI drafts)
• A salted hash of your IP address, used only to count the free quota; never the address itself
• Payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

2. How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

• Manage your account and prompts
• Process your payments
• Send transactional emails (welcome, password reset)

We NEVER sell your data to third parties.

When you ask for an AI draft, the project description you typed is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to fill in the questionnaire. Nothing else is sent: no account data, no IP address.

3. Cookies

We use a session cookie and, when you generate without an account, a random identifier cookie (pgw_anon) that keeps your specs attached to your browser. Both are required for the service to work. No advertising cookies. Audience measurement uses kipstats, which keeps an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser storage (no cookie).

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. Contact us at hello@prompt-generator-website.com to exercise these rights.

5. Account deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All communications are encrypted with HTTPS. Payments are secured by Stripe (PCI DSS certified).
